Delete your NovaClock account

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the mobile or web app. For your security, deletion is done from your signed-in account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

From the mobile app

  1. Open NovaClock and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile avatar on the dashboard.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with your password or passkey.

From the web app

  1. Sign in and open Settings.
  2. Under Delete Account, choose Delete My Account.
  3. Confirm with your password.

What gets deleted

Your profile, sign-in credentials (password and passkeys), and organisation memberships are permanently removed.

If you own an organisation, deleting your account also permanently deletes that organisation and all of its data — projects, tasks, and every member's time entries.

If you are a member of an organisation you do not own, the time you logged stays with that organisation (it owns those records); your personal profile is still removed.
